Book two was every bit entertaining as book one. The chemistry between Luca and Shi was spot on. I love how they were a team. Shi soften Luca and made him more human. She didn't hold his pass against him. Nor was she a shrinking violet. She said what was on her mind. The Moriatti' s added another powerful women to their clan.I also enjoyed getting a peak at Nathan and Heilde relationship. It sweet to see couple still strong after 50 years. However, it still didn't unravel the mystery of Nadia. Why did she turn her back on her family? Furthermore why did they originally treat Tyler as an outsider? And will Aiko find happiness? These are just some questions I look forward to resolving in the next book.

This is a wonderful and very funny IR novel. I loved Shelia and her resourceful way of knocking out the sexy alpha male Luca. Lots of action and love making to keep you on the edge of your seat. All the characters from story The Healing are a must read. I recommend this read it was great.
This is my second time reading this book, I enjoyed it as much this time as I did the first. The humor and passion along with the suspense helped to make this a great book.
And it shows! I have read all three of Deneice Tarbox's works over the weekend and I have really enjoyed them all. She stands above so many other self-published authors of the interracial genre because you can definitely tell she has invested in an editor. It shows in her writing, character development and the stories keep your full attention throughout until the end! I couldn't put Healing Inc. down and ordered Luca's Dilemma right after and devoured it in the same manner. I have really enjoyed the stories and will read whatever she writes.
Her heroes are definitely alpha males, but not to the extreme and the heroines are not weak willed females. That is a breath of fresh air in the stories. On top of that the value you receive from her works is on par with the length of her stories. I have thoroughly enjoyed The Moriatti Men along with Finding Love for a Cynic.
She has quickly been added to my list of favorite authors in this genre and I will happily pay to read her work. My advice for my fellow readers of this genre who are tired of reading half written works with constant spelling and grammar errors...take a chance with Mrs. Tarbox's stories. You will not be disappointed!!
I really like this book, it was well written and erotic. I really loved how Luca and Shelia worked on their relationship, since both are strong Alpha's. The love, humor, and friendship between the characters was awesome. The suspense was an additional plus, I like Healing Inc as well. I hope the next book is about Aiko or Calvin, ready for the next book in this series.
I purchased this book with great enthusiasm, and I was expecting a steamy read with a good plot. Needless to say, I was disappointed. First of all, the cover of this book is very deceiving. Luca, the main character, is pushing 50, and the guy on the cover looks barely 30. Secondly, I found very little chemistry between Luca and Sheila, the female lead. Where was the passion? The romance? What little there was felt very rushed and almost gratuitous. Sheila was a cold fish. She is described as this foul-mouthed beauty, but I got none of that. I'm a foul-mouthed beauty, so I was like "Yeah, bring it Sheila..." Lastly, the storyline just had me somewhat confused because I seriously got bored reading this so I glazed over some parts.
Healing Inc. was a wonderful introduction to the Moriatti Men, but this one left me dry-literally. My favorite scenes were the ones when the Moriatti men were all together. I'm hoping the next installment will bring the funk and the noise.
From reading the other reviews I expected to fall madly in love with this book. I didn't. At all. Don't get me wrong it's a well written story but it was lacking to me. Sheila was a crazy combination of strong and weak which I found annoying. The whole thing with her ex Ahmad was stupid to me. Lucas was not my idea of an amazing hero. There was nothing wrong with him, or her for that matter, they just didn't do it for me. He was bossy and sweet and always horny in between.
The inclusion of their families was a bit much for someone who hasn't read the other books in the series. And if this is any indication, will not be reading them.
There was also a lack of passion to me. I like my books steamy and this one is not at all. At least to me. The few and I mean 1or 2 times anything was done in this book were good but not great.
Like I said. I expected more from the reviews. I am actually disappointed I purchased it.
And another thing. No one has said anything yet about their ages. It may or may not matter to some of you but it did to me to an extent. But just so you know they are both in their 40's.
I love this story it's a good follow up story to Healing Inc the characters to me had good chemistry together and I like the suspensefullness (sp) of it all. It brought in the characters of Healing Inc I like that. Plus to me Luca was all alpha not as much as Tyler was but then they are two diffferent characters but I still love him no less. Shelia was a a good character she was a bit over the top sometimes but she still was what Luca needed.
Anywho I can't wait til the next book in the series come out who is it gonna be about Drago and Rie I have my fingers crossed.
